For many years, we have been providing a full back check service on
every distribution, which involves sending a member of staff to knock on
doors with a copy of the leaflet in hand and to ask the homeowner if
they have received the said leaflet.
This has and still proves to be a very effective way of ensuring that delivery has taken place, but is costly to perform. Quite a few companies however, would like to see for themselves that delivery has taken place, so we have been introducing GPS trackers on the delivery rounds to great success.
GPS trackers in the past would only show that a person had ventured up a street and not that they had actually delivered anything, but technology has improved sufficient to show someone walking up somebody’s driveway and back down again, pretty much ensuring delivery.
So for the first time we can offer either service, so you will be offered a choice of which method you would prefer when you enquire.
